Your Grief Journey - An AfterCare product
Funeral Homes can now provide a full year of grief support to their families without having to hire extra staff. This AfterCare product comes directly to a grieving person's email box. It is personalized by name, date of loss, type of loss, and religious holiday preference. The AfterCare appears as if it is coming from the funeral home with the funeral home's colors and logos right on the product. There are also spaces to integrate information from the funeral home such as local support groups and pre-need information.

One article on grief is sent per month. Also an article is sent on the anniversary of the loss and the holiday/religious preference. The program is set up to follow the grieving family member as they walk through their own journey for a year after their loss. The articles are sent out in the following order:

Thoughts are powerful. A thought of the day is sent to the grieving person to help them feel hope and dwell on a positive concept for a moment or two.

A weekly to do item is sent to give easy suggestions for the grieving person on helping them feel better each week. (An example is watching a funny movie.)
A Weekly Thought
Thinking can be hard work for grieving person. The weekly thought helps keep a grieving person's mind on the path towards healing.
Personal Journal
A private journal accessible only by username and password are included with the AfterCare Product. There is no limit to the amount of entries that can be made.
Private Website
The private website includes all of the features above. It is the resource center for the grieving person to access information, change features and to use the journal.
